Lose weight = 2900Kcal per day (15% protein, 55% carbohydrate, 30% fat) Maintain weight = 2600Kcal per day (15% protein, 55% carbohydrate 30% fat) Recomposition (muscle growth and fat burning) = 2500Kcal (20% protein, 50% carbohydrate, 30% fat)! However, it all depends on gender, age, height, weight and activity level!
